America’s Finest City offers all of the winter fun without the cold weather. Yes, we even have outdoor ice skating! Not to mention the SoCal cuisine mixes it up a bit from the traditional turkey, ham, and stuffing. Fantasy on Ice: Warm winter weather won’t stop us from lacing up the skates and hitting the ice! Experience San Diego ice skating at the ARTS DISTRICT Liberty Station all while benefiting a great cause. The rink opens on November 17, 2016 and skating continues through January 3, 2017.

Little Italy Tree Lighting & Christmas Village: Don’t miss the annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony in Little Italy on Saturday, December 3. The festivities will be held on India between W. Date and W. Fir Streets from 4 to 8pm.

Dr. Seuss’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas!: America’s favorite holiday fable returns for its 19th joyous year, and they’ve added a week! This wonderful, whimsical musical is based upon the classic Dr. Seuss book.

The 45th Annual San Diego Bay Parade of Lights!: The San Diego Bay Parade of Lights is a time-honored holiday tradition brought to San Diego by the boating community. Watch them this December 11 & 18 for the annual Parade on San Diego Bay.

Port of San Diego Holiday Bowl Parade: America’s Largest Balloon Parade happens on December 27, 2016 at 10 AM in downtown San Diego. A Bowl Game in San Diego: The annual Holiday Bowl kicks-off on Tuesday, December 27 at 4pm, and the Poinsettia Bowl at 6pm on Wednesday, December 21, both at Qualcomm Stadium.
