Waterfront Transportation Near Little Italy, San Diego

This passenger ferry, owned and operated by Flagship Cruises, runs regularly across San Diego Bay, between the Broadway Pier and the Convention Center in downtown San Diego and the Coronado Ferry Landing. A 15-minute ride one way, the ferry provides gorgeous views of the downtown skyline and the Coronado Bridge.


San Diego Water Taxi offers on-call transportation services in the San Diego Bay Friday through Sunday. Service runs between Downtown and Coronado, where you can relax and enjoy the scenery and beautiful downtown skylines from the water. Hop serenely from place to place conveniently from your hotel to nearby shopping centers and restaurants.


Managed by Ace Parking, this summer service connects San Diego Bay visitors with the waterfront and its businesses. It operates seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

For riders who don’t drive to the waterfront or utilize other parking options, the regular rate for the Waterfront Shuttle is $3 per person for unlimited all-day rides. The Waterfront Shuttle makes eight stops along Harbor Drive and run on a loop that takes approximately 20 minutes.
